instructions

When you purchase a ticket to LAST HOUSE IN BROOKLYN REVISITED
you will receive a brown envelope in the mail. Inside the envelope will be 2 sheets of paper
(2 sheets for every ticket).
These sheets are from a porcelain painting manual you could send away for in the 1950’s.

The manual was made by my great-grandmother Edna Garde. The boxes from Flatbush

of pages of this manual-
we stopped counting around 8,000.

You now have a few pages to play with.
Make something- a paper chain, an airplane, a book, a hat-write a letter with a sharpie…
Then, bring whatever you make with you when you come to the LAST HOUSE IN BROOKLYN REVISITED.

My only request is this- please don’t use tape or glue, or staples. Have fun with scissors, sewing, tears, folds and markers.
